The Trulli del Mandorlo is a complex of trullo with pool, located in Ceglie Messapica in the famous Itria Valley.

This charming holiday villa with pool reflects the authentic Puglia. Surrounded by drystone walls and centuries-old olive groves, restored using carefully selected local materials.

A typical courtyard leads up to a large wood-burning stove and a brick outdoor
barbecue.

First of all,the heart of the villa offers a living room with dining area, a kitchen and a double bed downstairs.

The hallway leads to a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. Next to the trullo is a square building, the so called lamia.

You reach the bedroom with double bed and another bathroom with shower via a separate entrance.

On the other side of the courtyard you will find the third bedroom with another bathroom with shower.

A priceless feature is the magnificent terrace overlooking the olive groves, the ideal place to relax or watch the sunsets.

The exterior is a play of colours from the white-grey of the drystone walls, the green of the olive and almond trees,and the reddish colour of the earth.

The private swimming pool is beautiful, an oasis where you can relax.

Surroundings

The Trulli del Mandorlo is situated a few kilometres from the pretty town of Ceglie Messapica. Ostuni is also nearby. The town is known all over the world as the white town – "citta bianca" because of its whitewashed houses, which create an unforgettable atmosphere in the evening. A walk through the old town is highly recommended, perhaps after a delicious dinner in one of Ostuni picturesque restaurants, which still maintain the local traditions of Puglia.Ostuni is also known for its beautiful Puglia beaches, which have received the Blue Flag award from 2008 to 2013 due to their clean sand, clear sea water and the services offered. It is also one of the cleanest stretches of coastline in Italy.

Minimum stay 5 nights, exception July 22nd – August 19th 7 nights. Arrival and departure day flexible. The prices refer to an occupancy of up to 8 people. Extra costs (to be paid on site): Additional fees € 200 / week (once for a stay of up to 10 nights. They include bed linen and towels with a weekly change, gas, water, electricity, weekly cleaning, final cleaning). Deposit: € 500 (via credit card), pets € 100, late check-in (for arrivals between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m.) € 50.
