Trulli Flora is a restored holiday villa in Puglia for up to 12 people with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, as well as a wonderful private swimming pool (10 x 5 m), just a few kilometres from the town of Noci in the province of Bari.
Trulli Flora is surrounded by sprawling private grounds, divided into several residential units / trulli.
The property is accessed via an electric gate. The first residential unit is right by the entrance and hosts three bedrooms: one bedroom with ensuite bathroom and large shower, another bedroom with the possibility of an additional sofa bed and a third bedroom with a queen-size bed and bathroom with a large shower. There is also a kitchen in this unit.
A garden path leads to the second living unit / trullo, which has two bedrooms (with the possibility of extra beds) with a private bathroom with shower, a well-equipped kitchen, living area and another bathroom with shower. A special feature of this residential unit is that one of the two bedrooms is embellished by a special play of light that illuminates every nook, as well as automated opening and closing of the conical glass roof, allowing you to enjoy the colours of the Puglian sky from your bed.
The two units are connected by a central stone building that houses the laundry room, a communal kitchen with a large wooden table, a barbecue area and a wood-fired oven.
This beautiful trulli complex is equipped with a cutting-edge heating and cooling system hidden under the original stone floors in each area of the complex. This charming property invites you to relax on the benches under the tall oak trees offering shade from the summer heat.
